1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors to altissimofashion.com and to people who contact ALTISSIMO FASHION CONSULTING by email. The website does not currently offer user accounts, online purchasing or a contact form.

2. Personal data that may be processed

Depending on how you use the website, the following categories of data may be processed:

• Technical and request data: IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser and device information, referral information, and security or diagnostic data needed to deliver and protect the website.
• Optional analytics data: after consent, Google Analytics 4 may process online identifiers, session and page-view information, approximate location, device and browser characteristics, traffic source information, and interactions such as scrolling or outbound-link use where applicable.
• Contact data: if you email ALTISSIMO, the name, email address, message content and any information or files you choose to provide will be processed to respond to your enquiry.

3. Hosting and technical operation

The website is hosted using OpenAI Sites infrastructure and is delivered and protected through Cloudflare. These providers may process technical request data and security or diagnostic logs as needed to make the website available, maintain reliability, filter malicious traffic and investigate faults.

This technical processing is necessary to operate and secure the website and is based on ALTISSIMO's legitimate interests in providing a reliable, secure online service.

4. Google Analytics 4

ALTISSIMO uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-74FJEXYQ0W to understand website traffic and improve the site. Analytics cookies and the Google Analytics tag are optional.

Before a visitor makes a choice, analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are all set to denied. The Google Analytics tag is not loaded and no analytics data is sent until the visitor explicitly selects Accept analytics.

If analytics are accepted, only analytics_storage is granted. The advertising-related settings ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization remain denied. ALTISSIMO does not currently use Google Ads, remarketing or personalised advertising.

If analytics are rejected, Google Analytics is not loaded and access to the website is unaffected. Consent is the legal basis for optional analytics processing and may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Cookies and local storage

The website distinguishes between storage required for technical operation or consent management and optional analytics cookies.

Google Analytics cookies are not treated as essential. They are set only after opt-in consent. Browser settings may also allow cookies or site data to be viewed or deleted.

6. Managing or withdrawing consent

You can select Accept analytics or Reject directly in the consent panel. Rejection requires no additional steps and does not restrict the website.

To review or change the choice later, select Cookie settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent changes analytics_storage to denied, disables further analytics collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies used by this site. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.

7. Recipients and service providers

Personal data may be processed only where relevant by:

• OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers for website hosting and operation;
• Cloudflare for content delivery, security and traffic filtering;
• Google, only after analytics consent, for Google Analytics 4 measurement;
• email service providers, only when you contact ALTISSIMO by email; and
• professional advisers or public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

ALTISSIMO does not sell website visitor data and does not use it for remarketing or personalised advertising.

8. International data transfers

Some service providers, including Google, OpenAI and Cloudflare, may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Where international transfers occur, the relevant provider must use an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required.

9. Data retention

The current Google Analytics 4 property settings are:

• Event data retention: 2 months.
• User data retention: 14 months.
• Reset on new activity: enabled. For applicable user-level data, new activity resets the retention period.

Google's GA4 retention controls apply to user-level and event-level data used in features such as explorations; they do not determine how long standard aggregated reports remain available.

The consent preference remains in browser storage until it is changed or site data is cleared. Technical and security logs are retained according to the operational schedules of the hosting and security providers. Email correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to answer enquiries, manage any resulting professional relationship and meet applicable legal obligations.

10. Your data-protection rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data; restriction of processing; data portability; and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Italy, this is the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
